What I offer:
Project Design & Management: I know that achieving results rests on innovative and impact programs. With expertise in creating and launching philanthropic, policy, and direct service programs I can work with you to develop and hand-off or manage programs. This includes specialization in large-scale, collective impact initiatives that engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Planning: I work with organizations to design and implement a strategic visioning and planning process that remains current, adaptable, measurable, and impactful. Through an inclusive process we can dream big and identify the steps to achieve and communicate results.
Research & Evaluation: I provide organizations, both emerging and well-established, with the frameworks, tools, and process to answer the question, “are we better off?” Trained in Result Based Accountability, will work with you to develop and review performance measures that will lead to effective scope and scale.
Facilitation: I am trained in Result Based Facilitation and will work with you to develop and facilitate meetings that achieve results. Experience includes both internal meetings/retreats as well as large-scale partnership meetings/retreats.
Connecting People & Resources: I will work with you to identify program/organizational needs and connect you with a network of strong leaders of color. I also have expertise in writing compelling speeches, event programs, and fund development plans that deliver a compelling message and increase organizational resources.
